These terms apply to trvnsports.com, operated by TRVN Sports LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using the site or applying to the THRIVIN Creator Program you agree to them.
The program
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We accept creators at our discretion. Accepted creators sign a separate creator agreement, which sets out commission, content and payment terms and takes precedence over these terms for the partnership.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The information you submit must be accurate and about accounts you own.
Content and disclosure
Creators must clearly disclose their relationship with THRIVIN in line with FTC guidance and each platform's rules, and must not make false claims about products.
Intellectual property
THRIVIN, the THRIVIN logo, and the content on this site belong to TRVN Sports LLC. You may not use them without our written permission, except as allowed in a creator agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TRVN Sports LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
